Marketing Lessons: A message conveyed in a honest manner is very compelling even though it might not have any real substance. Whats important is that the message ‘feels’ substantive and the receiver will want to hear all of it. Also one can never go wrong being funny.

    • anything specific in the coke brand we talking about?

      in general. Coke = Refresh is the general idea they keep peddling with a lot fo success. i remember our conversations in class about drinking the can not the drink. their message is all about making something out of nothing (cold drinks to beat heat, accompany food, relax is not really a revolutionary concept) Coke successfully makes this almost common subject a big decision factor.
